In 2005, driven by the mind and communication innovation, 3C innovation campaign (Cut, Change, Create) was implemented enterprise-wide, and a mid/long-term innovation roadmap was drafted, laying the foundation for innovation.
In 2006, to operate the innovation model evolving on its own, the 4C innovation was strengthened, focusing on system innovation, HR innovation, finance innovation, and cultural innovation. In particular, through the blueprint innovation embodied in the corporate culture, the common ground on innovation was created beyond hierarchy , and thereby it was able to focus on the implementation of innovative strategies and continuous creation of outputs. Down the road, KLC will find opportunities of innovation with small things first during the day-to-day business based on the passion for work and love for the nation.
