Expansion of demand for studying future policy KLC develops a technology that improves the quality of life for citizens- such as planning and designing a future-oriented housing complex or an ideal city design techniques, etc. KLC supports and fosters small and mid-sized companies (SMEs) by supporting technology development for SMEs or revitalizing the purchasing on new methods and new materials. KLC carries out all kinds of quality testing on technology fields as the nation's official correction agency. 02.
